I found something I like and I want to buy it!

Click on the product photo and then click on the "Add to Cart" button. Your chosen product will be added to the ‘Cart'.

You can view what's in your Cart by clicking on the "Cart" button at the top right hand of your browser window. Here you can change the quantity as well as remove an unwanted item.

Once you're happy with your selections, click the "Check Out" button at the bottom of the Cart window. You'll be guided through to entering your delivery and payment details.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

I'm excited about my new purchase, how soon will I receive it?

We're also excited to get underway with wrapping and shipping your new purchase! Every one of our products are wrapped and despatched with love and care the next business day.

We are situated in Sydney, Australia, and use the fastest and most efficient shipping means available. This is usually Australia Post. Shipping times vary depending on your location. For example;

Metropolitan Sydney: 1-2 days Country New South Wales: 3-4 days Canberra, Adelaide, Melbourne: 2-3 days Brisbane: 3-4 days Other capital cities (such as Tasmania): 5-6 days Everywhere else within Australia: 3-14 days Outside of Australia, please contact our help desk for information & prices.

What does shipping to me cost?

This is calculated automatically during check-out using Australia Post's schedule of rates, based upon your delivery destination, and the total weight and volume of your purchase.

I'm not in Australia. Can you ship internationally?

Of course we can! Please write to helpme@metimeplease.com and we'll handle your shopping in person, including finding the fastest and cheapest way to get your purchase to you.

I want to buy a gift for someone. How will they know it's from me and do you gift wrap?

We think we've cracked the whole gift-giving business! When you choose an item to gift to someone special, it will arrive beautifully wrapped with your personal greeting card attached.

Our packaging deliberately exudes the quality, care and thoughtfulness that we invest into our product curation and into our business. 

Your package will arrive in a robust postage box or protective black satchel. Inside, each item presents in a premium black tissue wrapping paper tied with a white twine string. 

If you requested and provided a gift message at check-out, this will be presented on a high quality printed card attached to the purchased item. 

I want to buy a Gift Voucher for someone.

We think we've cracked the whole gift-giving business! Too hard to choose for somebody, or you'd rather they select something you know they'll really want?

Your lucky gift recipient will receive an elegant metimeplease.com Gift Voucher in the mail, with instructions on how to redeem the voucher on-line.

I'm not happy with my purchase. Can I return it?

We want to offer the World a risk-free, satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. We'll gladly offer you a store credit if you return your purchase to us within seven days of receipt (taken as being two days from making payment on line).

If you're not happy, let us know at helpme@metimeplease.com. We'll guide you through the return process, but generally;

Your item must be returned unused, in the condition that it was despatched in, and in its original packaging, together with your receipt or proof of purchase. All you have to do is arrange for and pay for freight back to us; we'll take care of the rest.

Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of items by a gift recipient, unless the gift was opened and found to have a manufacturing defect. We cannot accept the return of a Gift Voucher.

My purchase if faulty!

We want to offer the World a risk-free, satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. We check every item carefully before we send them to you, but if your purchase has a manufacturing fault, let us know at helpme@metimeplease.com within seven days of receipt (taken as being two days from making payment on line). We'll guide you through the return process.

Generally, we'll replace any item that has a manufacturing fault. If we can't do that within a reasonable time frame due to stock availability, we'll offer you a refund or store credit. Your item must be returned in its original packaging, together with your receipt or proof of purchase.
